Meet Gail - Advocate. Strategist. Communicator.
With a deep background in human behavior, business, and conflict resolution, Gail brings a rare and powerful blend of emotional intelligence and strategic thinking to every real estate transaction. Negotiation is second nature to her—not just about getting the best deal, but creating outcomes that feel right for her clients.
A licensed Realtor since 2022, Gail specializes in the dynamic and diverse inner East Bay market. She works with two core principles that define her approach: First, to be proactive—anticipating questions, navigating challenges before they arise, and keeping clients one step ahead. Second, to empower her clients through clear guidance, transparency, and resources that support thoughtful, informed decision-making—never pressure or haste.
Before entering real estate, Gail spent over a decade as a successful entrepreneur, founding and growing a beloved Oakland food truck into a full-scale restaurant that garnered international recognition from outlets including The Economist, The New York Times, and the Food Network.
Following the sale of her restaurant, Gail built a career as a specialist in communication and interpersonal dynamics. Gail is a Facilitator at Stanford’s Graduate School of Business in the Interpersonal Dynamics program. A certified Mediator for more than 15 years and a trained leadership coach, she brings calm, clarity, and confidence to even the most complex conversations.
Gail’s passion for people is matched only by her love of statement wallpaper, adorable animals, thriving houseplants, and unforgettable meals.
