The process then advances along two parallel tracks: compiling a complete Disclosure Packet—which includes inspection reports and all required seller disclosures—and overseeing the execution of any mutually agreed-upon improvements or repairs.
To keep you fully informed and at ease, Gail schedules regular weekly check-ins and provides access to a live, shared calendar outlining all key milestones. From inspection appointments to marketing launch dates, you'll always know exactly what’s happening and when.
Once preparations are complete, Gail and her dedicated team at Red Oak Realty will activate a targeted, high-impact marketing campaign to position your property in its best light and attract the right buyers.

Second, to empower her clients through clear guidance, transparency, and resources that support thoughtful, informed decision-making—never pressure or haste.
Before entering real estate, Gail spent over a decade as a successful entrepreneur, founding and growing a beloved Oakland food truck into a full-scale restaurant that garnered international recognition from outlets including The Economist, The New York Times, and the Food Network.
Following the sale of her restaurant, Gail built a career as a specialist in communication and interpersonal dynamics. Gail is a Facilitator at Stanford’s Graduate School of Business in the Interpersonal Dynamics program. A certified Mediator for more than 15 years and a trained leadership coach, she brings calm, clarity, and confidence to even the most complex conversations.
